Our Story

The downtown spot
that doesn't disappoint

We're not a hotel restaurant. Not a chain. Not a food hall. Adair Downtown is the independent in the middle of the action — the place the regulars found first and kept to themselves until the secret got out.

We open at 7am because downtown starts early. We run a full bar because downtown ends late. Everything in between is made with care, every day, because this neighborhood deserves it.
